Frequently Asked Questions

  • What does a general lawn service include?

A general lawn service includes:

Having the lawn cut to your desired height, weed eating along flower beds and around the house, edging all driveways, curbs, walkways and finally blowing down all hard surfaces to include; driveways, porches, patios, decks, curbs, etc.

  • What happens to my grass clippings?

Generally all our lawns are bagged, although some choose to mulch their lawns. The clippings are then put in a clear bag on the curb. Some customers ask that the clippings be hauled awa; this service is available for a small charge.

  • When I sign a proposal, am I held under contract?

Not at all! Our services are provided on an as needed basis. Therefore you will only be charged for services performed at your location. Your signature only provides us with permission to perform the work described and that you agree to the amount quoted.

  • How will I be billed?

We send out invoices to the billing adresses provided by the customer at the end of each month.

  • Does your company take credit cards?

We take credit cards in our office only. Surcharges apply

  • I have a special event coming up at my house, can I reschedule my lawn service?

If you have a special event and need your lawn cut closer to that particular date we will try our best to accomodate you. However we cannot guarantee our ability to meet your specialized need.

  • What happens if it rains on my day of service?

If it rains on your scheduled service date, the job will generally be re-scheduled for the next day if at all possible. If not it will be scheduled in to the next available time. A courtesy call will be placed to keep you informed of the change.

  • Does your company implement a fuel surcharge?

Yes we are currently charging 10% of the total invoice as a fuel surcharge. However this will be discontinued once fuel is sustained below $3.50 per gallon.
